We were instructed to complete a full interior design service, from concept to completion, for this full renovation project which took this property from a 3-bedroom residential home, to one of the most exclusive and desirable 6-bedroom Co-Living properties in the local area.

Our service included a full interior design, decoration, fixed and loose FF&E scheme that included: concept design, spatial coordination, technical design for construction, including full interior architectural drawing sets, and final stage decoration and styling.

Our brief was built on the concept design style of "traditional heritage" to create a property that would stand out from the crowd and target desirable, high-end Co-Living for working professionals in this sought after Cambridge area.

The results:

Created a stand out design scheme that elevated the property well ahead of the competition in the local area
Carried out a feasibility study of the proposed internal room layouts to highlight any design constraints and maximise the best use of space
Crafted a full interior construction pack including floor plans, kitchen and bathroom designs, bespoke joinery, electrical plans, elevations, flooring, tiling, and decoration schemes, enabling the build team to complete the project within 5 months from handover of keys
The property has achieved the highest room rents for the area with a wait list for viewings ahead of launch
The pre-launch promo VT reached over 12k viewings online
