Online Interior Design gives you exactly that. Working entirely online, we develop a considered design for your space and hand you everything you need to bring it to life yourself, in your own time. It’s a concise service delivered on a structured timeframe meaning costs can be streamlined.

It doesn’t include a decoration or lighting scheme or styling, so it’s ideal if you’re happy with your walls and lighting and need help choosing what goes in the room.

Creating a fully finished room. Enhanced covers everything in Essential, then adds a decoration and lighting scheme, 2D visuals and styling notes, so the walls, lighting and finishing touches are all decided too. It’s ideal if you want the complete picture before you buy anything, with everything set out clearly so you can follow the plan with ease.

Design Consultation
What's included:

Getting unstuck. The Design Consultation is designed for straightforward design dilemmas that can be resolved in a focused hour, so you can move forward with confidence. It doesn’t include a full design or shopping list, so it’s ideal if you want expert direction and are happy to take it from there yourself.

Frequently asked questions
What is Online Interior Design?
It's a fully remote design service. You share your brief and space with us, we hold a ideation call to understand your goals in detail, and we develop a complete design package for you to implement yourself.
How long does the process take?
We allow (3-4 weeks) per room for the first design to be delivered, though this can vary depending on the scope of your project. We will confirm timings on your consultation call.
What does the ideation call involve?
It's a chance for us to understand how you want your space to function, your style preferences, and your budget for the project. It's the foundation everything else is built from.
Is the ideation call included in the price?
Yes a 30 minute call at the start of the project is included.
What do I need to prepare for my call?
Photos and measurements of your space are essential. It's also helpful to have any inspiration, a Pinterest board, saved images, or simply examples of Styled projects you like, so we understand the direction you're drawn to.
How is this different from your Interior Design & Styling service?
Interior Design & Styling is our signature in-person service. We visit your home, design across one room or many, present physical samples, and can manage ordering and installation for you. Online Interior Design gives you the expert plan to carry out yourself.
Do you recommend a contractor?
As we work with clients across the UK, we're not able to recommend contractors we haven't worked with directly, and we're not involved in liaising with your contractor during the build.
Do you work with all budgets?
We'll talk through your budget on your consultation call. We recommend quality, durable pieces, so our suggestions are guided by that as much as by your brief.
How many rooms can I work on at once?
We work on a maximum of three rooms per project. If you're doing more than one, we design them in parallel, so the overall scheme feels cohesive.
Can you design my kitchen or bathroom with this service?
No, kitchens and bathrooms need fixed-finish design and detailed elevations, so they aren’t included in our online packages. They’re covered by our Renovation & New Build Design service.
Do you visit the property?
No, this is a fully virtual service. We work from the photos, measurements and information you provide, which is more than sufficient for us to design accurately.
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes one round of amends. This is a single set of feedback, sent to us in one message within 7 working days of receiving your mood board, and can include up to 5 product swaps or adjustments to the scheme. Amends refine the agreed design rather than change its direction, so a new style or concept would be quoted separately. Any further changes are charged at our hourly rate.
What if items on my shopping list go out of stock?
We only recommend items that are in stock at the time your design is delivered. If something you love sells out before you order, we're happy to suggest a close alternative, sourcing a replacement beyond that is charged at our standard hourly rate.
