Virtual Interior Design gives you exactly that. Working entirely online, we develop a considered design for your space and hand you everything you need to bring it to life yourself, in your own time. It’s a concise service delivered on a structured timeframe meaning costs can be streamlined.

Frequently asked questions
What is Virtual Interior Design?
It's a fully remote design service. You share your brief and space with us, we hold a ideation call to understand your goals in detail, and we develop a complete design package for you to implement yourself.
How long does the process take?
We allow (3-4 weeks) per room for the first design to be delivered, though this can vary depending on the scope of your project. We will confirm timings on your consultation call.
What does the consultation call involve?
It's a chance for us to understand how you want your space to function, your style preferences, and your budget for the project. It's the foundation everything else is built from.
Is the ideation call included in the price?
The consultation call is booked and charged separately from the design package; you can find details on our consultation page.
What do I need to prepare for my call?
Photos and measurements of your space are essential. It's also helpful to have any inspiration, a Pinterest board, saved images, or simply examples of Styled projects you like, so we understand the direction you're drawn to.
What’s the difference between Virtual Interior Design and your full-service projects?
Full-service is typically a complete renovation, managed from concept through to delivery. Virtual Interior Design is for clients working on one to three rooms who want expert direction but are happy to manage sourcing and installation themselves.
Do you recommend a contractor?
As we work with clients across the UK, we're not able to recommend contractors we haven't worked with directly, and we're not involved in liaising with your contractor during the build.
Do you work with all budgets?
We'll talk through your budget on your consultation call. We recommend quality, durable pieces, so our suggestions are guided by that as much as by your brief.
How many rooms can I work on at once?
We work on a maximum of three rooms per project. If you're doing more than one, we design them in parallel, so the overall scheme feels cohesive.
Why can’t I choose Finishes & Layout or Furniture & Styling for my bathroom?
Bathrooms need wall elevations to specify height and dimensions accurately for sanitaryware, cabinetry and fittings, so they're only available as part of the Complete Room package.
Do you visit the property?
No, this is a fully virtual service. We work from the photos, measurements and information you provide, which is more than sufficient for us to design accurately.
How many revisions are included?
One round of revisions is included with every package. Additional revisions can be arranged at an hourly rate.
What if items on my shopping list go out of stock?
We only recommend items that are in stock at the time your design is delivered. If something you love sells out before you order, we're happy to suggest a close alternative, sourcing a replacement beyond that is charged at our standard hourly rate.
