PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Comprehensive project management is included in this service during the course of the build development.
We take you through the entire process from the design conceptional stage, selecting & procuring all hard finishes & materials, providing technical & to-scale drawings, & creating detailed specification sheets to communicate the design intent.
FURNITURE & FURNISHINGS
At the end of the build development you may choose for us to complete your project by including the design of final furniture & furnishings.
We provide a conceptual phase to gather inspiration & establish your style. We then finalise decisions on furniture, fabrics & finishes in a series of presentations using storyboards to help you visualise the space, before managing the process through to installation for a full turn key home design experience.
Step One
Research
We believe communication is key, so we begin all projects with a comprehensive consultation meeting to discuss your goals, objectives & review any drawings. We’ll go through inspiration images & take measurements & photos (if your project is a renovation of an existing space).
Step Two
Floor Plans & Design
Once we understand your space requirements & how the spaces needs to function, we’ll create a spatial floor plan for your review, as well as provide any suggestions & recommendations on existing drawings to make the most of your investment.
Step Three
Design Concept Presentation
We share a visual presentation of our concept ideas to help you visualise the beautiful transformation that awaits.
Step Four
Design Development
Once design concepts are approved we progress the designs with comprehensive design boards, complete with any sketches & samples/ At this stage we'll also begin any technical drawings including, elevations, electrical plans, bespoke joinery, bathroom & kitchen layouts.
Step Five
Project Management
Once you approve the designs & the technical drawing are complete, we will oversee our trades and collaborate with your contractor with regular site visits & weekly communications to ensure the design intent is achieved & the process is seamless.
Step Six
Installation
If you choose to complete your project with our final furniture & furnishings package, when we have completed & agreed designs, we will procure items, coordinate deliveries, manage the installation, & ensure the spaces are perfect to handover.
