Many clients who are new to using interior design services often don't know what service is right for them. A completely valid question I get asked is, what's the difference between the Full Service and the E-design Room Revive service?
Room Revive is a completely online service available to clients wherever you are in the country. As everything is completed virtually the process is streamlined, making design fees more affordable.
This service is best suited for smaller scale projects to give you a solution on how to furnish and decorate your space. The process usually takes around 3 weeks to complete from brief to design pack and implementation is for you to complete in your own time.
Our Full Design service is best suited for larger scale projects or when you would rather the whole process from design, to sourcing, through to completion is taken care of for you. The timeline is usually longer as we work with you one on one, starting with an in-depth at home consultation.
Design inspiration boards are proposed, and each new item is sourced and sometimes even commissioned. During the design project, several meetings, WhatsApp exchanges, and phone calls take place to share progress and get approval.
Once everything is approved, we order the items, have them shipped to your home, and install and style them for you. If the project requires tradespeople we also project manage this for you.
A key benefit of this service is the access to our network of trusted tradespeople and collective of quality trade suppliers, which means we can usually source items at trade costs and pass on the discounts.
